Privacy policy

Garage is operated by Keelcroft ("we"). This policy covers the Garage connector and its website.

What Garage collects. Your Smartcar user id, the ids and make/model/year of the vehicles you authorize, the latest values of the vehicle signals you permit (for example battery level, odometer, lock state, tire pressure and, if permitted, GPS location), alerts derived from those values, and the email address you provide for billing.

Why. To answer your AI agent's requests about your car, to raise proactive alerts you asked for, and to bill your subscription.

Who else sees it. Smartcar (vehicle connectivity), Dodo Payments (billing; card details never reach Garage), and the AI agent you connected (only the data it requests, with your approval settings). We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion. Data is kept while your account is connected. Disconnect in your agent and at my.smartcar.com, or email support@keelcroft.com to delete your account and all stored vehicle data.

Security. Transport is TLS-only; tokens are stored hashed; vehicle credentials never touch Garage (Smartcar Connect handles sign-in). Report issues to support@keelcroft.com.
